Bihun Stir-fry
I love
Bihun so much and I requested it from my family in Malaysia when they came to
Botswana last year. I had two big packets and I am left with one now. Yesterday
I felt like having a light dinner and Bihun is very light, so I made Bihun
stir-fry.
Here are

Bihun Preparation
I
boiled water, placed the Bihun in a coriander and pour the boiling water on the
Bihun and let it soak in the water.
I
changed the water twice.
The stir-fry
In a saucepan I sautéed onions, baby marrows with ginger and garlic paste until the onions are translucent.
Add green pepper and mushrooms, stir fry for 2 mins
Add tomatoes do the same.
Then add spices and salt, I used aromat and a bit of lemon juice to enhance the taste.
Stir fry until the tomatoes are well cooked.
Add drained Bihun
Stir-fry for 2 mins
